After a repair by an unauthorised service provider, self-repair or non-professional repair of the product, Gorenje & Hisense shall not be liable for damages to the product, injuries or other product safety issues related to an attempt to repair the product without following these repair and maintenance instructions exactly. Damages to the product following an attempt to repair the product by a person other than a Gorenje & Hisense certified service provider are not covered by the guarantee.
